Free Shipping on $75.00 or more on qualified items! MUST us SHIP2020 code to get free shipping.  Free Shipping is only valid online.
Free Shipping Offers are not valid on Rolls, Cases and/or multiple single packages of Batting, Bobbin Winders, Bolts of Fabric, Gammill Electronics or Gammill Optional Equipment!  Basically no large items are shipped for free. Offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii and all International locations. Offer excludes Priority/Overnight Mail option. If you select Priority/Overnight offer will not apply.

Linda's Electric Quilters ships in stock orders within 1-2 business day(s) of receipt of the order. In the event that an item ordered is currently not in stock, we will ship the order minus the back ordered item(s), and ship the back ordered item(s) separately, when they become available. Backorders may accure additional shipping charges. Please contact our office via phone or email (note your order #) if you would like an item to be removed from back order.

Linda's Electric Quilters ships thru USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and/or Fedex at our own discretion. If you prefer one of these methods of shipping over the other, please note this in the "customer notes" section at time of check out. Additional shipping charges may apply.  Shipping Prices for Batting to Alaska or Hawaii will be appx- $190.00, but may be higher.

If a purchase and subsequent shipment is made outside of the contiguous United States, please check with the customs department in your country about its importation policies to avoid unexpected customs fees or duties. International orders do not qualify for the FREE Shipping promotion, when offered. Regular shipping charges will be applied to all international orders.

Please note: In most cases, the shipping amount quoted on your order should be accurate. However, shipping prices are subject to change without notice.

Items shipped outside the USA may Incur your country's local import tax. LEQ is not responsible for any local or country import/tariff tax. It is possible the shipping carrier will contact you prior to receiving your package to collect those additional fees.  This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.

Damaged/Lost Package
If you receive a damaged package or merchandise that may be damaged, please report it to LEQ at 972-542-4000 within 48 hours.  You will need to provide good pictures of the damage package, by texting them to 972-542-4000. 
You will also need to keep all packaging, boxes/package material to process a claim for a replacement or refund. 
If you package has not been received within 21 days, please notify us to start a lost package claim with the shipper used.  
If package shows being delivered to you, but you didn't get it, USPS and FEDEX have the right to deny the claim.  If a claim is denied, LEQ is not responsible for refunding or reshipping the items again without charge.



Basically- Don't throw anything away until the damaged package is picked up or you have been instructed otherwise by LEQ.
